Paolo de la Fuente has had extensive Information Systems Analysis and Design experience, both with client-server architecture as well as web-based applications. Prior to joining STORM Consulting, he had a 5 year stint in the consulting firm Soluziona Internacional, where he worked as one of its information technology consultants, most notably doing critical systems design and development work as well as managing a team of consultants for the massive Financial Management System of the country’s largest electric distributor, Meralco.
As STORM’s primary technical consultant, Paolo has been responsible for the functional and technical systems architecture of STORM’s two initial core applications: the much-lauded Rewards Shopper, and the versatile WebSurv. Paolo is now at work with STORM’s technical team in designing the innovative peopleScore, STORM’s much-awaited performance management application.
Paolo has led several consulting engagements for STORM, not only technically, but functionally as well. Showcasing his versatility, Paolo has very recently led two well-received organizational diagnosis projects and a flexible benefits study.
Paolo started his consulting career immediately after graduating in 2000 with a degree in Management Engineering.
Peter Paul V. Cauton has had a decade of experience of combined HR line management and consulting experience. His stints with telecommunications, petroleum, education, and information technology organizations has allowed him to gain in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of these industries and how HR can indeed be positioned as a key source of competitive advantage.
His areas of specialization revolve around the use of organization development, rewards and benefits systems reengineering, training interventions, and performance management in improving organizational effectiveness. Recent initiatives have led to the successful implementation of a complex flexible benefits system and a 360-degree performance appraisal system in an information technology firm, an organizational transformational program for a petroleum company, and an organizational revamp for a telecoms company. He also is a seasoned trainer, being a certified DDI instructor, and having conducted a variety of different training programs for different departments across industries.
He graduated with a degree in Management in 1997 and likewise finished his Master’s Degree in Psychology, majoring in Industrial Relations, in 2004. Peter has also published research papers and articles, all on human resources and organizational development concepts.
Angela began her career as a Systems Analyst in Ecommsite Solutions, Inc., where she was responsible for analyzing, designing and managing development of web-enabled knowledge management tools for various companies. She has also been contracted by other parties to do freelance web design and development work, the most noteworthy of which required the creation of a flexible and customizable content management system.
Angela was responsible for taking the lead in the technical development of Rewards Shopper, STORM’s Flexible Benefits Management tool, which has been hailed by many for its versatility and intuitiveness. She now has her hands full in developing peopleScore, STORM’s much awaited performance management application slated to launch in May of 2007.
Angela graduated in 2004 with a degree in Computer Science specializing in Software Technology.
Karen is an HR Professional who has had both line and consulting experience. In the past four years, Karen has gathered considerable experience in the areas of Training and Development and Organization Development and exposure to Performance Management, Career Development and Compensation & Benefits Design. As an HR Consultant, Karen has worked with several organizations from various industries in addressing their needs in the above-mentioned areas. As an HR Manager, Karen has had experience in leading and managing the entire function for an IT consulting firm.
Karen graduated in 1997 with a degree of Social Sciences, and is finishing her Master’s Degree in Psychology, majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
